menu breakfast kind staff quiet room
The room was very quiet despite being in the city center. it was a beautiful double room. breakfast offered many choices from a menu. It felt very personalized. the staff were very kind! and helpful.
The hotel felt slightly unfinished. Some minor details were missing.

stellar experience!
a la carte menu local restaurants convenient location multiple rooms
The breakfast included an a la carte menu, i chose the cacio e pepe omelette and it was really good. the staff recommended local restaurants near the hotel and also helped with reservations! i found the location convenient for shopping. It was close to many stores. the building itself dates back to the 17th century with multiple rooms.
the elevator seemed a bit slow at times, especially during peak hours.

i had a beautiful double room, it was spacious and well designed with good decor. the hotel provides very nice pillows, the best pillows i have found at any hotel! the cleanliness of my room was excellent.

breakfast was amazing and i appreciated the quality. i didn't feel the need to eat breakfast outside the hotel for the first time. i thought the menu would be more helpful if it had pictures for those unfamiliar with the local cuisine.

Adequate Stay with Minor Issues
helpful staff tasty bread outside noise double glazing
The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast had tasty bread and pastries. I ordered eggs from a full menu and muesli , too. The shower was luxurious.
The hotel was opened hastily while not finished. The windows are one glassed windows , and they do not shut. I complained every day about the outside noise that is not at all isolated. I found that they were installing double glazing in all rooms on the day of departure.

poor soundproofing dismissive staff
my stay had some problems. the soundproofing wasn't effective, and street noise was very noticeable, especially at night. the windows didn't close completely, it added to the disturbance. despite my complaints, the staff seemed surprised i was bothered by noise in the city center, and they didn't offer a satisfactory solution until my departure. i felt a bit dismissed by the lack of concern.
